"Pangea envisions a world where every migrant, refugee, and international student arriving in Australia feels empowered, connected, and supported from day one — where integration into Australian society goes hand in hand with the preservation of cultural identity, showing that embracing local norms and celebrating one's roots are not contradictory, but complementary forces that enrich the nation as a whole."

Andres Gutierrez is a Chilean-born lawyer, entrepreneur, and community professional based in Brisbane, Australia. After migrating with a basic level of English and building his life from scratch — working across hospitality, construction, and community services — he experienced firsthand what millions of migrants face every day: a system that is fragmented, difficult to navigate, and rarely available in your own language.
With a background in law and multicultural community services, Andres has worked directly with migrant and refugee communities across Queensland. He saw the same gap repeatedly: services exist, but people cannot find them, understand them, or access them in a culturally safe way. That gap became the foundation of Pangea.
His vision goes beyond technology — he believes that when digital tools are built with genuine empathy and cultural understanding, they can become powerful instruments for social inclusion, human connection, and real opportunity.
