By accessing or using the Pangea platform ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pangea is a community platform based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, designed to support migrants, refugees, and international students. It provides access to services, jobs, housing, community connections, and settlement guides.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pangea. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Pangea immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Pangea reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features require identity verification. You agree to submit accurate documents when requested. Pangea reserves the right to approve or reject verification requests at its sole discretion. Verified status does not constitute an endorsement by Pangea.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Pangea a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the platform. You must not post content that is false, misleading, offensive, or illegal.
Pangea does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any job or housing listing. Users are encouraged to exercise caution. Pangea is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from interactions arranged through the platform.
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For billing enquiries, contact info@pangeaconnects.com.

All branding, design, and content created by Pangea is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use Pangea's intellectual property without written permission.
Pangea is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Pangea's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
Pangea reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
