Account Deletion

At Pangea, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Pangea account, you can do so directly within the app, or by contacting our support team.

How to delete your account from the app

1. Open the Pangea app and log in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your decision when prompted.

How to request account deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to info@pangeaconnects.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," including the email address associated with your Pangea account.

We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, photo, contact details, language preferences)
• Your community posts, messages, and conversations
• Your saved jobs, housing listings, and bookings
• Your skill exchange listings and reviews

What data is retained

For legal, security, and compliance purposes, we may retain certain limited data for a period of time after account deletion, including:

• Transaction and subscription records (required for tax and financial compliance under Australian law)
• Records required to prevent fraud, abuse, or to comply with legal obligations

This retained data is not used for any other purpose and is securely stored.
